Due to a phenomenal growth in the development sector worldwide and in Pakistan, an acute need for improvement in the management skills and organizational systems of these institutions has been felt.
In the context of developing teaching material for NGO management training and capacity building, LUMS-McGill Social Enterprise Development Programme is focusing on developing indigenous and contextually specific teaching material on social enterprises in Pakistan.
Under this programme various NGO case studies have been written through collaboration between the LUMS faculty and staff, and managers of NGOs and many development professionals, scholars and researchers will find this resource valuable.
