The
TOT modules were designed to give the participants a
comprehensive knowledge base required by qualified management
trainers.
Two cohorts of 38 participants each, received training
in three modules of two weeks duration. The first module
was generic; the second module was an area of specialization
selected by participants who had four choices - Marketing
& Advocacy, Finance & Control, Operations Management
and Managing People & Organizations; and the Capstone
Module which was designed to include participants' specific
feedback and needs with regard to their future training
potential.
