Teaching Methodology The training approach will
be interactive. Expert facilitators will provide an
effective learning environment so that the participants
can share their experiences. A range of learning methods
will be used, such as lectures, discussions, group work,
case studies, individual presentations, field research
and visits. Instructors with expertise in management
subjects will be available for participants to consult.
Use
of Technology
Technology
will play an integral part in the Programme. A host
of on-line services will enable participants to work
on assignments, tutorials, and projects and also to
keep in touch with other course participants and the
faculty. The use of distance learning technologies will
help in exchanging ideas and information, and in collecting
and delivering course material.
